1. Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is part of our design and development process, not an afterthought.

2. Measures we take

  • Full keyboard navigation across every interactive feature
  • Logical focus order and visible focus indicators
  • Semantic heading structure and page landmarks
  • Sufficient color contrast across our brand palette
  • Form labels, instructions, and screen-reader error identification
  • Accessible dialogs and menus that trap and restore focus correctly
  • Mobile layouts with adequately sized touch targets
  • Support for browser zoom and content reflow
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images

3. Known limitations

Accessibility is ongoing work. Some older uploaded documents or third-party content may not yet meet the same standard. If you encounter a barrier, we want to know — and we will work with you to provide the information or complete the task in an accessible way.

4. Feedback

If you experience any difficulty using EarlyEd Reserve, contact us through the Contact page with "Accessibility" in the subject. Please include the page or feature and the technology you're using (browser, screen reader, device). We review accessibility reports promptly and treat them as priority fixes.
