1. Our content
The EarlyEd Reserve name, logo, site design, text, illustrations, and original content are the property of EarlyEd Reserve and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links to public pages.
2. User content
Educators and centers retain ownership of the content they submit — bios, photos, documents, reviews, and messages. By submitting content, you grant EarlyEd Reserve a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the marketplace. You represent that you have the right to submit everything you upload.
3. Government names and seals
Names of Texas agencies and programs (including HHSC, CBCU, TWC, TEA, and DFPS) are referenced for informational purposes only. EarlyEd Reserve does not use, reproduce, or imitate any government seal or logo, and no such reference implies affiliation or endorsement.
4. Reporting alleged infringement
If you believe content on EarlyEd Reserve infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact page with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) identification of the material you believe is infringing and where it appears; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We review complete notices promptly and may remove or restrict the material while the matter is resolved. Repeat infringers may lose marketplace access.
5. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice through the contact page explaining why you have the right to post the material. We will review it and restore content where appropriate.
