How it works

A clear path from opening to confirmed coverage.

EarlyEd Reserve is the technology bridge between centers and educators. Centers select, verify, and hire; educators choose when and where they work. The platform coordinates the connection — and records every step.

For childcare centers

  1. Create and verify your center

Register your organization, add each licensed location with its Texas operation number, and complete center verification.

  2. Post an opening in minutes

Describe the role, schedule, duties, and required qualifications — with compensation visible before educators respond.

  3. Review, invite, and select

Search by availability, distance, age-group experience, credentials, and reliability. Build preferred educator lists and invite dependable educators back.

  4. Verify, attest, and welcome

Complete your operation's required eligibility and qualification process, attest to it, then confirm the assignment.

  3. Apply with full information

Complete assignments, earn verified reviews and repeat invitations, and build your EarlyEd Reliability Score.

The Texas verification workflow

An accepted offer is not automatically a confirmed assignment. EarlyEd Reserve follows an eight-step process designed around Texas Child Care Regulation requirements:

  1. The educator may report an existing Texas childcare eligibility determination. Self-reported status alone never authorizes work.

  2. A verified, licensed childcare operation independently selects the educator.

  3. The center is directed to the official Texas Child Care Regulation process.

  4. The center verifies current eligibility and completes any required request, association, affiliation, or submission for its operation.

  5. An authorized center representative attests that the required official steps were completed.

  6. EarlyEd Reserve stores only the platform verification status, confirming operation, dates, and audit history — never criminal-history details.

  7. The assignment is not marked confirmed until the center attests that all applicable requirements are complete.

  8. If eligibility changes, expires, or can no longer be confirmed, the educator's status becomes Verification Required and affected centers are alerted confidentially.

The center attestation

I confirm that this operation has completed the eligibility verification, qualification review, personnel-record, orientation, supervision, and other requirements applicable to this individual and this operation before the individual provides care.

Each attestation records the center, location, authorized representative, date, time, assignment, educator, and attestation version, with a complete audit history.

EarlyEd Reserve is an independent marketplace. Participating childcare operations make their own hiring decisions and remain responsible for all eligibility, qualification, orientation, supervision, payroll, and regulatory requirements.
