Emergencies and suspected abuse
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911. To report suspected child abuse or neglect in Texas, contact the Texas Abuse Hotline at 1-800-252-5400 or report online at txabusehotline.org. Texas law makes every adult a mandatory reporter — do not wait for platform processes to make a report.
Reporting a platform safety concern
Signed-in users can submit a safety report from their dashboard. Reports can concern an educator, a center, a specific assignment, or platform conduct. Include dates, locations, and as much detail as you can. You may also reach us through the Contact page if you cannot access your account.
How we respond
- Immediate triage: safety reports are prioritized above all other queues. Where a report indicates potential risk to children, involved accounts are suspended pending review.
- Investigation: our team reviews marketplace records, communicates with involved parties, and documents findings.
- Action: outcomes range from no action (with explanation) to warnings, permanent removal, and reports to licensing or law enforcement where appropriate.
No retaliation
Good-faith safety reports are protected. Retaliation by a center or educator against anyone who files a good-faith report is itself a violation of our Community Standards and grounds for removal.
